560m vs gt 555m ? Both @ 1.5gb, which one has better cores/clock speeds/memory speeds/power consumption?

I'm looking to get a laptop with decent power, which one would be a better choice? With both I will be using a Sandy-Bridge processor (28??xm I believe it was called) and 8GB of 1600mhz ram.
