Is blackberry 9300 worth the extra money over 8520 and which should i go for?

i'm planning to buy a blackberry under RS 14000 (unlocked )($320) should i spend the extra $100 for 3G and GPS (where i live 3G and edge are almost same and i have GPS in my iPad that i always have ) i basically need bbm and internet, i have heard that OS 5 browser is much poorer than OS 6, is it true, i need to buy it within 2 days suggest me fast. I HAVE BOUGHT OVER 29 PHONES AND I ONLY LIKED MY NOKIA 5130 XM THE BEST OTHERS LIKE N8 AND IPHONE 4 ALL SUCKED SO I JUST WANT A GOOD BLACKBERRY. PLS SUGGEST ME ASAP
