Chemical burn from hair removal HELP?

I have been using the same sally hanson hair removal on my upper lip and chin for months. I recently got on strong acne meds (creams and such). I washed my face waited for it to dry then i put on the cream on my chin and upper lip. Within seconds it started burning, but stupid me ignored it. 3 minutes later i took it off. I have a pretty bad burn. I washed it off with cold water, i put a cold compress on it for a while. I just put neo + pain relief on it and it seems to help. I took asprin to help the swelling. I have a date in 4 hours, whats the chances of this fading?
