Sirus Xm Radio question?

I used to have XM radio trial but it expired. I'm about to sign up for it again. It's about 13 bucks a month. When I went to chose my plans, the total came out to about 192 dollars. Does this mean this is how much I'm going to pay the whole year or is it what I'm going to pay upfront and then start making my monthly payments?
