Would this amp work good with these subs?

Both of those are crap for the money. Especially that amp. Go to Three kings audio.com and get a audiopipe apsm 1300 and look for a set of Hifonics Hfi 12" subs and a decent box and you have a setup that would rattle your roof for under 250.
