Would a PARROT MKi9200 car kit do the same as a sync system in the 2012 ford focus?

I am looking for a ford focus but to get one with the sync package I will probably have to order it and I hear that will take a couple months. The things about the sync package I like are being able to play music off my phone, being able to play music of a usb drive, steering wheel controls that control everything, and one display which displays everything. I don't care about the xm radio which comes with it because I can play xm off my phone. The dealer said I could get a parrot bluetooth kit and it would be the same and I could get the car now and save money too. Given the features which are important to me, would getting the sync be worth it or would the parrot system be fine?
