What's that song from the 70s or 80s that starts out with that really catchy tune?

I couldn't really hear any lyrics because I was at the gym.. But it was played on Sirus XM Classic Rewind. It sounds like a party kind of song. The beginning isn't like guitar or anything it sounds like it is synthesized. I have heard it before on like shows or movies I just don't know though.
