Bipolar disorder question?

My friend mike, just got kicked out of his house. He has a severe form of bipolar 1. He is manic depressive right now. Going from intense anger to intense depression. When he gets like this he also has suicidal tendencies. He doesn't have his meds on him. He's not acting or think clearly at all. Getting him to do anything is next to impossible. He says if he goes home his parents will call the cops. He's walking around not sure what to do. What do I do or tell him.
