Is a 2006 hummer h3 worth $17000?

This is the description..... Excellent condition, one-owner H3 with luxury package. Chrome rims, grill and mirrors. 4x4. Tan leather interior in excellent shape but for the minor wear on the driver's seat (see picture). Rides and drives like new. Has had recent tune-up with new plugs and caps. Factory six-disc cd changer. OnStar. XM/Sirius satellite radio is activated. Excellent tread on tires. This truck is in fantastic condition. I've been averaging 16 mpg in the city.
