Name Of This Country Song?

Song seems fairly new. Been hearing it a lot on XM. Some lyrics are "Shots. Straight out the mason jar. Shots. Take a hit and pass it down the line" or something like that. Any ideas. I can't find it at all. Not even Google comes up with a result.
