As a pregnant woman can i be forced to take medication?

i am bipoler, and 20 weeks pregnant. i am having some mood swings and a lot of depression. i am confused and i have no idea what is my illness and what is "just hormones" i have been off my meds for 14 weeks now and i really don't want to take anything. the question i have is if i do decide to go to the hospital for help can they make me take meds?
